Our drink mix contains a balanced blend of electrolytes, including sodium, potassium, and magnesium. We’ve also added vitamins C and B12 to give your health and energy an extra boost.

We offer Blue Raspberry, Strawberry, and Italian Lemon Ice flavors to suit your taste preferences.

None! Our drink mixes do not contain any sugar. We use natural sweeteners in all of our mixes.

Yes! Free shipping is available for orders of $40 or more.

Economy shipping usually takes 5-8 business days within the contiguous US. Standard shipping options may be available for an additional cost.

• Please contact info@dashhydrate.com within 30 days of delivery to initiate the return process. Kindly note that returns and refunds can only be processed for orders placed through dashhydrate.com. Please be aware that samples are not eligible for return.

The refund will be processed upon receipt of the return at our warehouse. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to reflect on the original payment method.

You can initiate the return process within 30 days of delivery.

Samples, Samplers, merchandise, bundles, and any orders exceeding $300 are considered final sale and are ineligible for return.

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept return orders from retail locations or other online marketplaces such as Amazon.

A DASH Hydrate team member will review the return request within 3 business days. If your return is accepted, you will receive a return shipping label. Otherwise, a team member will reach out to inform you if your return request is rejected.

A return may be rejected if the return process starts after the 30 days of delivery, the product is ineligible, there is evidence of return abuse, the order exceeded $300, or at the discretion of DASH Hydrate.
