Please be aware that we can only process returns and issue refunds for orders made through www.dashhydrate.com. Additionally, please note that samples are not eligible for return.

During peak seasons, carriers may experience delays in updating the tracking status of packages. If your package has been shipped and the tracking information has not been updated within 3 business days, kindly reach out to DASH Hydrate for further assistance and an update on your package.

In the event that your package shows tracking updates but remains stalled at a processing location, we recommend contacting the carrier directly for the most up-to-date information, as they can provide accurate details about the status of your package.

How do I return my order?
Please contact info@dashhydrate.com within 30 days of delivery to initiate the return process. Kindly note that returns and refunds can only be processed for orders placed through www.dashhydrate.com. Please be aware that samples are not eligible for return.

How long after I return my order will I receive a refund?
The refund will be processed upon receipt of the return at our warehouse. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to reflect on the original payment method.

How long do I have to return an order?
You can initiate the return process within 30 days of delivery.

What orders are ineligible for return?
Samples, Samplers, merchandise, bundles, and any orders exceeding $300 are considered final sale and are ineligible for return.

Can I return my order if I purchased from somewhere else other than www.dashhydrate.com?
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept return orders from retail locations or other online marketplaces such as Amazon.

What happens when my return is being reviewed?
A DASH Hydrate team member will review the return request within 3 business days. If your return is accepted, you will receive a return shipping label. Otherwise, a team member will reach out to inform you if your return request is rejected.

Why would a return be rejected?
A return may be rejected if the return process starts after the 30 days of delivery, the product is ineligible, there is evidence of return abuse, the order exceeded $300, or at the discretion of DASH Hydrate.
